After spending 6 years at The Pace Gallery, I worked with Sir Richard Branson and his amazing team of change-makers at Virgin Unite, focusing on entrepreneurial solutions to pressing global issues. It's there that I refined my professional focus on operations, processes, systems, storytelling and community engagement - not to mention I was continually inspired by the ‘entrepreneurial energy.’ I spent a few years between The Tiffany & Co. Foundation and Earthplace focused on environmental conservation, but the seeds of entrepreneurialism had been planted and I missed fostering that energy to see what would grow.
